About the Role – Our IT Support Specialist will assist the IT team in maintaining our technology infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft 365 support and basic security protocols. This position provides valuable hands-on experience while supporting our organization’s technology needs. The role reports to the Head of Information Technology and helps implement technology solutions that align with our business objectives.
Salary range – $70k to $90k
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Provide technical support for end users across the organization
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Assist with user account management in Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 Support
- Help users navigate and utilize Microsoft 365 applications effectively
- Assist with basic administration tasks in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Support email configuration, SharePoint access, and Teams setup
- Help create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 tools
Security Operations Assistance
- Help implement basic security measures following established protocols
- Assist with security awareness training for end users

Network Support

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to design and develop advanced, battery-powered IoT/IIoT devices. The ideal candidate will excel in low-power embedded systems, secure firmware development, and electromechanical integration, delivering robust, manufacturable products. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and manufacturing groups, with onsite support for debugging and production challenges. The candidate will manage product lifecycles using modern manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems and deliver high-quality IoT solutions.
Salary range: $125,000 – $145,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Circuit Design: Design analog, digital, and low-power RF circuits for battery-powered (I)IoT devices using industry-standard tools like Altium Designer.
- Low-Power Embedded Design: Optimize hardware and firmware for ultra-low-power operation to extend battery life in (I)IoT devices.
- Electromechanical Integration: Collaborate with mechanical engineers to co-design robust, easy-to-assemble products with IP68+ environmental ratings.
- Firmware Development: Develop and optimize C/C++ firmware for microcontroller-based systems, ensuring seamless integration with (I)IoT communication protocols and cloud infrastructure.
- System Debugging: Troubleshoot complex (I)IoT ecosystems, including hardware, firmware, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and manufacturing software, with onsite support as needed.
- Security Implementation: Implement secure design practices, including zero trust architectures, encryption, and cryptographic protocols, to ensure data integrity and device security.
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve assembly line issues and ensure scalable, high-yield designs.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Manage product development through all stages of the lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, using PLM tools and interfacing with manufacturing teams utilizing modern MRP systems.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, working independently and collaboratively to meet milestones and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering, with a focus on battery-powered (I)IoT devices.
- Expertise in low-power analog, digital, and RF circuit design, preferably using Altium Designer.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ firmware development for microcontroller-based systems, with experience integrating communication stacks and cloud connectivity.
- Proven experience in electromechanical integration, co-designing IP68-rated or higher products with mechanical engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of zero trust security models, encryption, and cryptographic techniques for (I)IoT applications.
- Strong background in design for manufacturing (DFM) and resolving assembly line issues onsite.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and interfacing with manufacturing teams using modern MRP systems.
- Ability to debug complex (I)IoT systems, including hardware, firmware, mobile apps, cloud platforms, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to create schedules and deliver results independently and in team settings.
- Availability for onsite work to support cross-disciplinary debugging, manufacturing operations, and customer-level issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) for capturing and post-processing sensor data on microcontrollers, enabling real-time decision-making.
- Familiarity with on-device machine learning or AI coprocessors for edge computing in (I)IoT applications.
- End-to-end experience with (I)IoT product development, from concept to production.
- Knowledge of modern MRP systems and manufacturing workflows.
- Familiarity with industry standards for (I)IoT device performance, power efficiency, and security.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Buyer/Planner to join our Louisville, CO operations team. This hands-on role is responsible for purchasing, vendor management, and supply planning, and plays a key part in driving inventory efficiency and supplier performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong tactical management skills and be ready to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations to support Metron’s growing manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Inventory Procurement
- Manage all purchasing for secondary inventory, consumables, and production-related expense items.
- Create and maintain a synchronized cadence for purchasing secondary and consumable items.
- Maintain supplier records and implement a grading system based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with engineering on Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and new product development.
- Participate in product lifecycle activities including New Product Introduction (NPI) and sunsetting.
Supplier Management & Vendor Relations
- Establish and maintain formal, positive relationships with primary and secondary suppliers.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to develop and execute supplier agreements.
- Contribute to the broader supplier management program, identifying opportunities for dual sourcing to mitigate risk.
- Provide supplier performance feedback in coordination with the Quality team.
Receiving & Material Coordination
- Partner with the Receiving Specialist to ensure accurate and timely receipt of inventory.
- Verify purchase order accuracy, incoming inspection routing, and quality of received goods.
- Ensure visibility and communication around incoming shipments.
Supply Planning & Forecasting
- Contribute in our development and implementation of our supply planning processes within the ERP system.
- Lead and participate in supply and production planning meetings.
- Use ERP tools to support planning and inventory optimization.
Cost Control & Value Optimization
- Minimize part-price variance (PPV) and actively seek cost reduction opportunities.
- Research and propose alternate suppliers or cost-saving procurement methods.
- Monitor and control secondary inventory and consumable costs.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, or vendor management within a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems for purchasing and planning functions.
- Proven track record in cost control, supplier relations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical Skills:

Position Overview
The Field Service Technician will play a critical role in our commitment to setting up our customers for success as they begin their journey with Metron. The Field Service Tech will be responsible for traveling to job sites to install equipment, troubleshoot problems as needed, and clean up the job after completion. We are looking for motivated individuals with a great attitude who are willing to learn and accept direction, have attention to detail and take attendance seriously. The position will travel to customer sites to provide a variety of product support while contributing to customer satisfaction through improved system performance. High performing systems and happy customers will lead to good references and more sales orders. The field service group will serve both the utilities and real estate sales channels. Metron will supply excellent training and certification in OSHA Confined Space Program.
This role will be located in Houston, TX with travel required around that region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install and maintain water meters, registers and monitoring equipment at Mobile Home Parks, Commercial buildings, Multi-Family properties and Schools in the Indianapolis area
2. Travel to other surrounding cities and states to install and maintain equipment
3. Provide customer service to explain our system, products, services and technology
4. Update service requests with details of each job
5. Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
6. Diagnoses and troubleshoot issues in the field
7. Analyze water usage data
8. Onboard and supervise contract install crew
Qualifications
1. Reliable transportation
