Brad brings to Metron over 20 years of accomplished financial leadership honed at the intersection of complex operations and technology-driven growth. Most recently, he served as CFO at RTI Surgical, a global leader serving OEM partners in implantable medical products, where he led successful integration efforts and guided strategic capital planning. Previously, Brad served as Vice President of Finance–Operations, Quality & Regulatory at CONMED Corporation, and before that as VP of Finance and Human Resources at CableLabs. These roles showcase his outstanding ability to translate financial rigor into scalable operations, whether navigating complex regulatory frameworks in medical and tech sectors or stewarding organizational change.

Brad began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, laying a strong foundation in audit, controls, and financial systems.
