Position Overview
The Field Service Technician will play a critical role in our commitment to setting up our customers for success as they begin their journey with Metron. The Field Service Tech will be responsible for traveling to job sites to install equipment, troubleshoot problems as needed, and clean up the job after completion. We are looking for motivated individuals with a great attitude who are willing to learn and accept direction, have attention to detail and take attendance seriously. The position will travel to customer sites to provide a variety of product support
while contributing to customer satisfaction through improved system performance. High performing systems and happy customers will lead to good references and more sales orders. The field service group will serve both the utilities and real estate sales channels. Metron will supply excellent training and certification in OSHA Confined Space Program.
This position will be located in one of the following areas: Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO or Milwaukee, WI and will travel extensively around the region to complete projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain water meters, registers and monitoring equipment at Mobile Home Parks, Commercial buildings, Multi-Family properties and Schools in the Indianapolis area
- Travel to other surrounding cities and states to install and maintain equipment
- Provide customer service to explain our system, products, services and technology
- Update service requests with details of each job
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot issues in the field
- Analyze water usage data
- Onboard and supervise contract install crew
Qualifications

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in our commitment to Customer Excellence. The Project Coordinator will coordinate the onboarding and implementation of Metron Products, setting up our customers for success as they begin their journey with Metron.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Design:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support successful new installations and existing maintenance for Real Estate and Utility customers.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead the planning and assignment of project tasks and resources.
- Manage project resources using internal field service and external contractors.
- Facilitate project meetings effectively to ensure all parties are prepared, informed and have all the details to successfully complete the project.

- Track costs and expenses of the project, reviewing all invoices for accuracy and change orders to support changes in estimates vs. actual.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or PM certifications a plus
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of tech support, customer service or project management. 1-2 years of experience in project management required
- Technical Skills:
- Skilled in working with and learning software systems like Excel, Salesforce and Zendesk
- Excel at guiding customers with installation, troubleshooting and technical hardware/software configuration.

The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Metron’s industry-leading hardware solutions, services, and software to new and existing commercial real estate firms. You will have the support of the team to develop into a trusted WaterMaster that understands the financial models, challenges and opportunities to simplify the business of water for our clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Maximize growth by expanding sales of Metron’s software solutions and services in your territory.
- Grow sales volume within the territory by developing leads, building relationships, and successfully ushering clients through the buying process using marketing data to identify and respond to incoming requests for quotation, guide cold calling efforts, and representing Metron at events in your territory and beyond.
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive lead generation and management.
- Maintain an effective sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
- Build consultative relationships with commercial real estate firms, consultant engineering firms, and utility contractors to position solutions and win projects.
- Be alert to competitive products and practices, keeping management informed of market conditions and trends.

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Development:
- Develop and maintain responsive and interactive user interfaces for cloud-based software solutions using React, TypeScript, and other modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate closely with full-stack engineers, data engineers, and UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, visually stunning designs that accurately reflect the underlying data and analytics.

- Collaboration with Design & Product Teams:
- Work closely with our UI/UX designer to ensure that the final implementation is pixel-perfect, with consistent design patterns and a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective front-end solutions.
- Provide technical input on the feasibility and trade-offs of different design concepts, working to ensure a balance between user experience and performance.
- Integration with Back-End Systems:
- Work with full-stack engineers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow between the client-side and server-side components.
- Ensure the front-end interfaces align with the data architecture, providing accurate visualizations and supporting complex analytics.
- Legacy System Transition & Maintenance:
- Assist in the maintenance and migration of legacy applications built on Azure and .NET, ensuring smooth integration with new cloud-based technologies and interfaces.

- Quality & Security:

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end software development, with a strong focus on modern web technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Proven experience in building responsive, user-friendly web applications that integrate with back-end services (e.g., RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
- Experience working in cloud-based environments, preferably with AWS.
- Familiarity with working in a DaaS or SaaS environment is a plus.
