About the Role – Our IT Support Specialist will assist the IT team in maintaining our technology infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft 365 support and basic security protocols. This position provides valuable hands-on experience while supporting our organization’s technology needs. The role reports to the Head of Information Technology and helps implement technology solutions that align with our business objectives.
Salary range – $70k to $90k
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Provide technical support for end users across the organization
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Assist with user account management in Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 Support
- Help users navigate and utilize Microsoft 365 applications effectively
- Assist with basic administration tasks in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Support email configuration, SharePoint access, and Teams setup
- Help create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 tools
Security Operations Assistance
- Help implement basic security measures following established protocols
- Assist with security awareness training for end users

Network Support

Position Overview
The Field Service Technician will play a critical role in our commitment to setting up our customers for success as they begin their journey with Metron. The Field Service Tech will be responsible for traveling to job sites to install equipment, troubleshoot problems as needed, and clean up the job after completion. We are looking for motivated individuals with a great attitude who are willing to learn and accept direction, have attention to detail and take attendance seriously. The position will travel to customer sites to provide a variety of product support while contributing to customer satisfaction through improved system performance. High performing systems and happy customers will lead to good references and more sales orders. The field service group will serve both the utilities and real estate sales channels. Metron will supply excellent training and certification in OSHA Confined Space Program.
This role will be located in Houston, TX with travel required around that region.

Job Title: Accounting Manager

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements, maintaining robust internal controls and supporting the company’s financial objectives. This roles plans, directs, and manages all aspects of day-to-day accounting for our lines of business, and oversees our general ledger accuracy and completeness. In this role, you are a people leader, managing and developing accounting staff. This role also is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, overseeing budgets and forecasts, managing internal controls, and providing strategic financial advice to leadership to support informed decision-making and overall financial health.
Compensation: $120k – $140k Annually
Location: Louisville, Colorado
NOTE: This is an onsite position, 5 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective three day close monthly.
- Oversee general ledger and lead the month end close process including review and approval of all journal entries and completion of all account reconciliations across all entities.
- Foster and lead a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development for the Senior Accountant and other indirect team members.
- KPI reporting of revenue, receivables and collections activity to Senior Controller and senior management weekly.
- Partner with FP&A and operations leaders to interpret financial results, investigate anomalies, and recommend corrective actions that support aggressive growth goals.
- Track, analyze and reconcile Fixed Assets including CIP
- Review and post significant and/or complex revenue transactions such as multi-year contracts, deferral of revenue when applicable to align appropriate reporting of revenue under ASC 606.
- Interact with various internal departments to ensure accuracy of invoicing and revenue reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support the system modernization process that will be undertaken to re-implement our ERP and CRM systems.
- Develop and prepare ad hoc reports as necessary.
- Assist with annual audits across financial, tax, business tax and agreed upon procedures and support auditors and external parties as necessary.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Experience:
- 6+ years accounting experience
- Public accounting experience, preferably Big 4.
- CPA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory position
- ERP and CRM experience (Epicor and/or Salesforce preferred)

JOB INFORMATION:
Working Title: Technical Support Engineer
Department: Customer Excellence

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best support in every channel we interact with them. This position involves troubleshooting complex issues, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional service for Metron Meter products. You will be required to communicate directly with customers, both verbally and in writing, requiring excellent communication skills and diligent follow-up. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries related to both hardware and software questions, logging the details of your interactions and the steps taken to resolve issues.
You will escalate product issues or bugs to the appropriate functional areas for further investigation and collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and prompt technical support. You will be skilled in interacting with technical water experts, executive business owners and day-to-day operators with all different needs effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filter internal Metron Sales and CX questions to streamline engineering time spent and vet requests.
- Meet with Engineering to troubleshoot 2X per week with an organized list of issues and provide follow up training and documentation to internal teams
- Provide timely responses in Teams, by Phone and Email for customers, and internal teams.
- Diligently follow up with customers on open issues and escalate as needed to leadership
- Coordinate with engineering and service departments to ensure that service performance and quality specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot warranty products and identify the need for replacement. Process returns using the approved process.
- You will focus on performance improvements through analyzing trends in customer issues and contribute to improving our products by providing feedback to the product, engineering and quality teams.
- Mentoring and Support: Act as a mentor to Customer Excellence Advocates by providing advice and guidance. Help improve the team’s overall technical acumen.
- Documentation: Suggest and create detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes, solutions to common problems, and any other reports needed to understand customer data.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES (KSA’S):
This role requires advanced technical knowledge of Metron products. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who can understand customer requirements, know how to bridge the technology gap between engineering and customers and inter-departmental collaboration to solve complex problems.
