Job Title: Production Assembler
Position Type: Full time
Department: Production/Warehouse
Direct Supervisor: Production Supervisor
Location: Boulder, CO
Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour

Position Summary
This is an entry level position. The role will be the physical assembly of products on multiple production line stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to assemble antennas, cables and plastics
- Ability to build boxes, packing materials and palletize shipments
- Ability to follow standard work instructions
- Keep work area neat and orderly
- Follow all safety regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the department and the organization

Position Summary:
The Collections Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts. The primary focus will be tracking overdue payments, contacting customers to arrange payments, and ensuring delinquent accounts are resolved in a timely manner. This role involves detailed record-keeping, communication with internal departments and external clients, and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor outstanding balances and ensure accurate, up-to-date records of all client accounts. Work off manual aging lists.
- Debt Collection: Contact customers via phone, and email to remind them of overdue payments. Make and take outbound and inbound calls.
- Customer Service: Handle disputes or questions from customers regarding invoices and payments. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer disputes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of all collection activities and customer interactions via detailed notes
- Be able to prepare and discuss issues with collections manager to identify trends, potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-3 years B2B experience in credit and collections
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel & other MS office applications with strong knowledge of ERP software a plus.
- Ability to use all standard office equipment, including personal computers
- Communicate professionally (oral and written)

Position Summary
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to Metron’s software, data, and hardware product lines. This role requires an understanding of various IIoT and SaaS technologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Engineering and Product Development and will play a key role in driving our product development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, product managers, marketing, and other departments to ensure project alignment and integration.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver regular project updates.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
- Oversee product testing and validation processes, as well as shepherding release to production.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the (I)IoT or SaaS industries.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and those with interdependencies.
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with the chaos of a rapidly growing – and changing – business.
- Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and mobile app development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning as they apply to (I)IoT.
This is a full-time position in Boulder, Colorado. The annual salary range for this role can vary based on experience, ranging from $70K to $80K. Metron provides Health Insurance, matching 401K saving plan, catered lunches and a pet friendly environment.

This role is crucial in ensuring that the supply chain is efficient and effective throughout the organization. This role involves detailed record-keeping, communication with internal departments and external clients, and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the procurement of materials.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to supply.
- Monitor and analyze material usage and costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure materials meet specifications and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Certification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Materials Management or in a similar role.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Materials Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
